“Struttura nella media. Personale molto efficiente e disponibile. La palestra è piccolissima e non adeguata rispetto al numero di ospiti. La connessione Wi-Fi ha smesso di funzionare poche ore dopo il mio arrivo il Lunedì ed è stata ripristinata solo giovedì. Ho fatto molte richieste, chiedendo che il problema venisse risolto, ma a nulla è servito. Credo che la direzione avrebbe dovuto intervenire.
