“Upon arrival to the room the door was open, the A/C off, Texas in June, and the room had not been cleaned. Went back to the lobby which was unattended but soon had a new room. Again the door was found open and the A/C off but no remote control for the TV and the key did not open the door. Decided to find another motel then. The overall theme was a property in decline.”
