“I absolutely ENJOYED my stay here. It’s a humble hotel, very clean with all the conveniences one needs. Comfortable, homey and the staff is lovely. I 100% recommend. ”

“Very nice place! Only things nearby are the American Legion and Bowling/Arcade place. Everything else is about 5-10 minute drive.”

“We checked in. And within the hour checked out. It smelled like cat urine, mildew and smoke. Stairwells looked like it belonged in an inner city housing project complex. Notice on the desk stated locals that were staying required a 100$ deposit, makes you wonder if they offer by the hour rates. The staff made everyone in the entire party of 4 uncomfortable and unsafe. ”

“There was still stuff on the floor between the refrigerator and the wall so clearly the room hadnt been vacuumed. At breakfast there was no where to sit because all the tables were full and the tables were dirty. ”

“We were very disappointed with this Hampton Inn. The hotel looked tired and worn and not overly clean. The biggest problem for us was in the bathroom -- the toilet was very low to the floor and difficult to rise from (no grab bar) and the tub had very high sides making it difficult to get in and out of, The front desk clerk said all rooms in the hotel had the same bathroom set-up, so changing rooms would not have helped. We were stuck here for three nights and not very happy about it. This...

“Tv's didn't work when we checked in. Took few hours to get them working then it kept going in and out. Worked fine in the morning. Coffee maker didnt work but they did replace it.parking was difficult making unloading luggage difficult. Staff was friendly and tried hard to be accommodating. ”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have the most unique breakfast we have ever seen. In addition to the regular waffle, cereal, yogurt, pastry fare, they also had breakfast burrito type eggs, macaroni and cheese, egg McMuffins, and hamburgers with toppings!!”

“Well kept older property. Reasonable price, clean, nice staff, standard free breakfast.”

“Our first night we were without power all night until 6am due to a storm that went over us. The second night was fine, until we were woken up by a fire alarm. There was old food in our room fridge. The bathtub was disgusting. We asked for extra towels at 3pm and we were told there is none, as house keeping just got there. We also had to ask for towels in the pool area as they were not stocked up. There was expired milk In the fridge for breakfast. I just overall am not impressed.”

“The whole facility was beautiful and clean. Our room was immaculate, the two queen beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was always fresh and bright. I was very impressed with the staff and I told the general manager so. We would definitely consider staying there again if we will return to Peoria.”

“I was told I could get a roll away. No roll away. Told a room with 2 beds was the same price as the room with an inroom hot tub - another lie. Huge confusion. BS. and horrible customer service!”

“I had my dog 🐕 along. I had to put her in the car and drive next door to Cracker barrel to find grass for her. Outside area of hotel just old pavement ,dirty,and littered. Room not clean. Foreign objects on floor next to sink that I didn't want to touch. ”
