“Clean and quiet. Friendly staff”

“Very clean and well stocked room with dishes and kitchen utensils. Plenty of extra bedding. Breakfast was very nice, with staff working quickly to keep everything running. Front desk and maintenance were all friendly and helpful. Overall a very good stay!”

“The staff was really friendly and the hotel was good for what was paid for, however i sleep in the cold, and the ac started blowing hot air halfway through the night. No matter what i set the thermostat at. i woke up downing water bottles and drowning in sweat, but its not near as bad as a crack motel and didn’t have bugs so i’m happy enough.”

“When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

“The rooms smell horrible and we’re disgusting. The sheets were dirty. The drawers were molded. The bathtub was molded toilet around it.”

“This hotel was very clean and modern. Bed was so comfortable and lovely the black out curtains. Free parking and breakfast was an added bonus. And above all, the staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. ”

“I felt very unsafe at this location. My room was towards back of property. When I entered the back door with a sign saying for your safety this door is kept locked at all times. Ironic as the latch was broken off and the door did not latch in any way!! I did get the very helpful housekeeping manager Jennifer to move me to the front of the building closer to the front desk and I bring my own security lock when traveling. I stayed the 1 night but if you’re traveling by yourself I don’t recommend...

“Room had a lingering trace of cigarette smoke even when the policy clearly prohibits smoking. No refund was given despite the fact I did not stay there because of the smell of smoke.”

“The place was gross! Floor was slippery, like it had never been mopped. There was a cockroach in my room. The shower was filthy.”

“The room was livable but had several problems. The fridge was frosted to the point of not working. The pool area had a trash can that was full for three days. The staff was friendly enough but when a noise issue was reported their actions was ineffectual.”

“The motel was fine in all aspects but when got there we were told Expedia had refused our credit card which was perfectly good and didn’t give us any idea about why. We had to use a different card and I believe pay their fee not what we had agreed upon. ”
