“Very clean, quiet, and professionally run. Shoutout to the housekeeping team for a great job. My family had two rooms, both of which were in excellent condition with no unusual noises that are found in some hotels (such as a loud fridge or AC unit). We were very late to get in so appreciated the 12pm checkout time.”

“The main thing that stayed out to me is that while sitting in the parking lot for the Hampton I booked the hotel that was closest to me and I booked the wrong hotel. I had to call customer service and talk to Mohammed with Expedia. He was understanding and was able to get my reservations from Gastonia refunded so I could stay at this hotel where I was parked. The survey expired too quick for me to thank him and I could not thank him enough. For the actual Hampton Inn, the night clerk was great...
