Hotel vicino a Ashbridge s Bay Park - Toronto

“Staff are good. I booked one king size bed room. It was on the lower level and next to the parking space. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe. Would be better to ask customer if it’s okay the room will be in lower level. Then customer will decide. I would not mind paying extra and to feel safe. ”

“This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel.”

“Rooms weren’t cleaned properly bathroom is so worn down. Hair and dirt in tub and on floors a disposable razor in the baseboard heater. ”

“I stayed here as it was recommended by a friend, the area is great. You are close to the main strip and the water. The check-in attendant asked me if expedia offered me free parking and i said no- so she laughed and said they usually do- this was poor customer service. I asked her if she can offer me free parking, she said no and laughed again- super strange way of making customers feel welcomed. The room was dirty, there was finger print marks everywhere, especially the mirrors. I would not...

“No sink , no clean , the room isn't worth the price”

“I would not recommend this property. There were noise disturbances all night in the hallway which were not dealt with by staff despite complaints. Rooms were not sound proof. Check in was a bit of a nightmare.”

“Short stay overnight between connections. 15 minutes from airport. But hotel heavily populated with airline crews an other passengers. Shuttle bus ontime every half hour. Worth the money.”
