“This is a very differant and rare hotel. If you want something very different fr0m the chain hotel give it a go.”

“The room was amazing, and perfect location . The only negative was how small the tv was but we didn’t end up using it do wasn’t a big deal. The fire place motor sounded like it was on when everything was turned off. The room was amazing and definitely will come back, breakfast was good only bummer was the expresso machine was broken. The bed was comfortable, and staff was great. I love the little touch and personalization in the room.”

“We did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. ”

“Simple old fashioned elegance without being pompous. The Victorian themed nature collections of leaves, shells, butterflies, etc. that decorated the lobby, elevator, and halls were fascinating and added to the ambience of a step back in time. Dinner cuisine at the Larks Kitchen was beautifully prepared and served.”

“We had such a relaxing stay at Lithia Springs Resort. The mineral water was wonderful whether it be in the spa, pool or the bathtub. It was so nice to slip on the big robe after the mineral bath. We also took advantage of the tea time from 3:00 -5:00 pm. The grounds were well taken care of and beautiful. The only negative about our stay in Ashland was it was difficult to get an Uber as they had to come from 20 min away. ”

“Just returned from my 3rd stay at the Bard's Inn and it will not be the last. I absolutely love everything about this hotel. The location is prime. Very close to downtown shops and restaurants 1-3 minutes. 5 minute walk to Lithia Park. Staff is very friendly. Extremely quiet. I saw other guests but I didn't hear a peep from them the entire time from within my room. I traveled with 2 children this time around and they loved the pool and breakfast options. “It is a beautiful property. We stayed in the little trailer, glamp cottage and it was so cute. Also enjoyed the private hot tub provided. We did some wine tasting, a flight of white and a flight of reds and enjoyed their fabulous cork and fork dinner. The location is beautiful. My travelling companion said if she didn’t know better she would think she was in Switzerland.”
