“This is always our go to place to stay up in Green Bay. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and the staff is great. There is a lot of parking and the breakfast is awesome.”

“The room was clean and a nice size. The hotel was really nice and in a great location. Only issue we had was there was no food for breakfast. All the hot food was gone. We were down there for 40 mins and nothing was ever restocked. We had to ask for milk for the cereal which was all we really were able to get that morning. It was rather disappointing. Overall we were happy with our stay. ”

“I was there for two overnights… they did not clean my room or bring clean towels. I didn’t return to my room until late the second night. And did not have clean towels, no coffee, and the trash was not emptied. The hot tub was out of commission ~ and I asked about that when booking. ”

“Pool was closed without notifying and they wouldn’t let us sit in lobby after 10pm to watch Olympics. We had to go to workout room which was the only thing open. Booooo! So we walked and drank on the treadmill- very safe! 😂 dumb”

“Awful. Arrived 45 minutes early and was told no rooms were clean to check in, desk agent was incredibly rude. I get back at check in time and now there’s another desk person who tells me my reservation was cancelled (it was nonrefundable). The first desk person cancelled my entire nonrefundable reservation without my permission or me asking him to do so whatsoever!
