“Hotel is like a maze. Certain elevators connect only to certain rooms. If you're on the 4th floor you have to use a wheelchair lift to get there unless you want to drag your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Layout was weird and confusing. Stained glass windows are sagging out of their frames and there is gum in the window wells on the 4th floor. Lobby is beautiful, but fireplace puts out no heat and it's cold in there. “Hotel was not what it looked like on website. Rooms are tiny. You have to go to another building for breakfast which means walking across the parking lot Spider was crawling on door and a big beside door inside of room We left after 1 night stay.”
