“I loved that the room we got had three queen beds. I liked how nice the breakfast was in the morning and how many tables there were for guests to sit at. But for the price I paid, I didn’t like that my room came without a shower curtain, dirty carpets and fresh blood stains on my pillow. My son’s bed didn’t have a mattress protector and had what looked like a puke stain under the sheet. The cleanliness was pretty upsetting.”

When we checked in, one of the front desk employees initially told us that our room was accessible. However, another employee then stated that they “don’t just put” guests needing accessible accommodations into a king room. As a result, we were assigned Room 311, which was not the accessible room we had been promised. The problems didn’t...

“the property is old and needs upgrading, sink stopper didn't work, killed maybe thirty beetles by the window and bathroom and two on bed, this was the last straw, so we checked out one day early. The included breakfast was not worth it, the tables were not wiped down between guest. The front desk was only occasionally manned.”

It is currently a rundown construction zone, which was never disclosed during booking. The entire place is a mess, and the pool is completely out of commission due to the ongoing construction. Worse than the construction was the lack of basic cleanliness. The room was filthy—the bed and sheets were disgusting, covered in hair and dirt when we arrived. Do not rely on the internet...
