Hotel vicino a Frontier Historical Museum - Glenwood Springs

“The hotel had a lot of history, there were lots of cool things to see and news stories to read. I liked that it was dog friendly as we were traveling with our own dog. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue we had was that we came in late from traveling and were only staying the night, we wanted to use the hot springs but was told we had to pay for a full day even though we could only enjoy it for about an hour. For all four of us the price wasn’t worth it. I would recommend...

“This charming hotel is beautifully updated and kept. It’s got a great location, too, above the Colorado River, near great restaurants and shops.”

“The grounds and pickleball courts, volleyball, pool, games etc were all awesome!!! The rooms left a lot to be desired. Old and dark with bad patch jobs everywhere. Staff was beyond helpful and super friendly!!! Great location with a quick walk to both the hot springs and the gondola to the adventure park. Probably the most convenient place to stay if you’re doing both these activities.”

“I absolutely would NOT recommend this horn to anyone ever. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had on a “vacation”. The power was out all day on Saturday, I’m pregnant and we were there for my husband’s 30th birthday. What should’ve been a fun getaway turned into a nightmare. I got a room with the jacuzzi, and we couldn’t even use the jacuzzi, nor take a hot shower, nor use the air conditioning. As a pregnant woman I found it unbearable so we just left early and they refused to give any...

“The hotel it’s located in a very beautiful location by the river. They definitely deserve five star not a three star. The only problem we had was the mattress was terrible very old. Had a hole in the middle. The back springs and the metal were broken damaged they refused helping us just think about sleeping in the mattress for six nights. “Cute hotel and good location. I liked that they had hot water available in the lobby for tea along with gluten free waffle mix. The room was typical. There was a full length mirror outside the bathroom which is great for sharing space. The shower liner was not long enough so water overflows into the bathroom and soaks the floor. The hot tub wasn’t working correctly. It was warm but no bubbles. This is one of the amenities I look for, so a bit disappointed. The gal at check in was great....

“The buffet was a typical continental buffet. There were not fresh items on it and the staff was just OK. Parking was easy and it was super convenient in location to my son’s lacrosse tournament. The beds were comfortable.”

“When checking in, we requested a first floor room. We were told the only one available did not have a working refrigerator. We accepted that. Upon entering the room we found the TV screen was cracked. There were several places in the walls with damage to the plaster. When we prepared to go to bed, we found gritty material (possibly sand) between the sheets. We have been frequent guests at this location, but after this we decided to find a new location.”
