“Very beautiful and well-maintained structure. For the price it is, I would have preferred greater kindness and helpfulness from all the staff. I must say that the lady at check-in was very kind and also the concierge (her name begins with S, for privacy I don't want to say more), but later, when we needed it, we found different people who helped us they gave answers without much enthusiasm and with little empathy.
