“Great, quiet location within walking distance to town and only a short stroll across the dunes to the beach. Large house fit two families with lots of room. Library and games room were an added plus! Gave four stars for cleanliness just because of the age of furnishings and carpets but those are definitely easy to overlook when the space and location were so fabulous. Would return in a second! ”

“A short visit with family at an amazing beach front house. A short walk from the beach with bald eagle spottings. Also amazed to see deer everyday on the property. It was our first VRBO rental and has set the bar very high for future VRBO properties! Our 4 year old grandson found Legos and puzzles to enjoy! The kitchen was well stocked! We saw what appeared to be whales frolicking in the ocean nearby!! Great property, perfect location!!”

“Very nice house- had everything we needed. Lots of great hangout space, and the kitchen is large. Great back yard for cooking out and appreciated the picnic table and all the outside chairs. A nice location near the beach. We would have liked longer benches that go the length of the interior table or dining chairs inside. “This property is on the south side of town so walking to most places is a hike although there is one restaurant and a grocery only steps away. It’s got a little view of the ocean directly down the street and that street leading to the ocean also has lots of black bunnies that are pretty cute and much talked about. “Beautiful view of Haystack rock. The most comfortable bed that my wife and I have slept on in many years however, the toilets are very low profile and you feel like you’re squatting on the ground to use them. The dishwasher is tiny and is filled very quickly overall, a beautiful spot, however there’s several beds upstairs but no easy bathroom access. Plus parking is very limited and difficult, especially when backing into the parking area. Clean and a beautiful area.”

“We came down with friends to fish sturgeon. The house was great because it had enough rooms/beds for our group of 6 to stay. The location was perfect, close enough to everything but far enough out that it was quiet. We would stay here again. ”

“The smell of the rental was horrible. We walked in to a very strong chemical smell that never went away during our 2 night stay. The windows were permanently locked so we couldn't air it out that way. We had to open the front door for fresh air. The smell was so strong, it was unappealing to even want to cook in the kitchen.
