“A great hotel with a beautiful setting! Be sure to walk on the walk by the River and see the sea lions on their pier. Good breakfast, too. Will stay here anytime we are in Astoria.”

“The room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. The vanity was nice and big. The HVAC unit was very quiet, which was lovely. Shower was great, good and hot, with nice waterflow. My only suggestion for improvement was that there were no towel bars or hooks to hang anything in either the shower room or the bathroom vanity, except for the towel bar over the toilet and the shower rod. There was nothing by the sink, which meant the towels had to rest on the vanity, but it's a minor issue....

“The Bowline Hotel is in an amazing location right on the Columbia River. Our room was very comfortable and the view was great. There were sea lions roaming under the pilings the hotel is build on, and in the water next to the hotel. The Bowline is in very easy driving distance to the museums and restaurants in Astoria, but the whole Astoria boardwalk area was not very lively the weekdays we were there.
