“Exterior of property littered with trash and cigarette butts. Entry rugs outside and inside dirty. Elevator dirty. AC in lobby not running. Room was clean and AC cool. Bathtub and sink barely drained water.”

“Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. “Our bedroom had pervious damage that wasn't fixed, pool and hot tub were broken. Paid to much money for that room ,which was probably only worth 50.00 bucks”

Our room smelled terrible including the bathroom smelling like urine. The owner was very accommodating and switched rooms.
