All of our vacation rentals minimize person-to-person contact with private amenities and entry via smart locks. Plus, each reservation is backed by customer support and expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines.
The space
It is a newly renovated home featuring 3 stylish bedrooms, hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a front porch, and a fenced back yard, perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

This property is less than 10 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and only 15-20 minutes from Downtown and Midtown Atlanta, where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and experience Atlanta’s finest restaurant and nightlife scene. By being centrally located near the airport and next to major highways, many of Atlanta’s attractions are a short commute away (i.e. Stone Mountain Park, Sweetwater Creek State Park, etc.).

Please note that this neighborhood is undergoing a 5-Year revitalization project. To be clear, it is in transition. If you choose to stay in our home we ask that you do not judge the surrounding neighborhood by its appearance. The charm of the people in the surrounding neighborhood is multifaceted. There are some neighbors that have lived here for generations who can share historical stories with you and others.
Guest access
Arrival Instructions for this property including the exact address, your designated access code, and some additional information will be sent to you within 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. Please only follow up if you haven't received the Arrival Instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Any earlier check-in (earliest after 12 PM) / Later check-out (latest until 3 PM) can be facilitated for an additional fee. Please make your request NO EARLIER than 2 days before your arrival/departure and NO LATER than 24 hours before arrival/departure. If you wish to have guaranteed early check-in/late check-out already at this point, you would need to select (and fully pay) the night before/after as well. Unapproved early check-in/late check-out will result in a $200 fee.
Other things to note
If you have more guests than in the request you will be charged or asked to leave without a refund. Please make sure the number of guests is accurate at the time of booking. A copy of your photo ID is REQUIRED before checking in, otherwise, you will not be allowed entry and will not receive a refund. Please be prepared to email or send a copy of your ID. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME IF THERE IS ANY SMOKING IN THE HOUSE YOU WILL BE ASSETS A $200 SMOKING FEE!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOME.
