Guests have private use of the home and outdoor areas, though workers may stop by to care for the yard and hens (with advance notice).

- The home is NOT suitable for those seeking a new build with modern and luxury finishes

- The property is near train tracks (visitors have found the noise to be minimal, and none have reported issues at night)

- This is our primary home when we are not hosting, so please be respectful of the space and the neighbors

- We do not spray the yard with insecticides, since those also impact beneficial garden critters, but we do encourage guests to bring topical lotions & sprays for personal use. Especially to protect against those pesky ATL mosquitoes.
