Summary:
A great holiday home for up to six people with spacious outdoor areas and only a short stroll to Palm beach.

The Space:
Palm Cottage is a comfortable bach with a spacious garden where the kids can play and there is an outdoor dining area with plenty of seating for outdoor entertaining. This beautifully presented property with four bedrooms is set over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. There is one full bathroom and an additional toilet and outdoor shower. Palm Cottage is in easy walking distance to stunning Palm Beach and the local cafe, whilst being a short drive to other spectacular beaches and the award winning Waiheke vineyards.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - super king bed that can be split into two king singles, bedroom 4 - queen bed.

Please note: A $240 clean fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum Stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. The house has both a cot and a highchair. Pets considered upon application and written approval.

Apple door play and cameras are not operational while guests are in residence.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

The two single beds can be made into a king bed on request.

Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
