This home sitting high on the hill near Palm beach is everything you want in a holiday home - stylish, welcoming & sunny.   Just a couple of minutes walk takes you to the wonderful Palm beach.

The large sunny deck is the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the beach.  With fabulous views across the valley, it has both lovely outdoor couches, and an outdoor dining area.  The house has an open plan living, dining & kitchen room, with the 3 bedrooms off this.  There is a bathroom with access from the laundry as well as from the master bedroom, and a separate toilet.  The property is very stylishly furnished & well set up, with a smart TV, a bluetooth speaker, and a Nespresso coffee machine.  It is perfect for a family or a group of friends. 

Palm Beach Haven is up a steep driveway, and is a short walk from the lovely Palm Beach - which many locals claim is the best beach on the island - but don't tell everyone!  There is also a store, a bottle shop & a great restaurant, Arcadia, as well as a great playground for the kids. So you rarely need to leave the area...just hide away in this little slice of paradise!

This is an eco-friendly property, it is off the grid and uses solar power only.
