Enjoy your own personal resort with a swimming pool and fabulous sea views. Enjoy outside living on the two decks, one with the pool and the other with sea views. Four bedrooms and spacious indoor living areas means there is room for all the family to have their own space. The property is in walking distance to the beautiful sandy Palm Beach.

The Space:
Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - split king with kingsize mattress, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - king single trundle bed (2 large singles that can convert to double) plus a single bed, Bedroom 4 - kingsize bed and a single bed.

Please note: A $350 clean fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person, per stay including beach towels. Minimum Stays: 7 nights from mid-December to mid-January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. To heat the pool costs $200. Please advise us at least 3 days in advance if you would like the pool heated.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Advance bookings recommended. We look forward to hearing from you.

The property is in walking distance to the beautiful sandy Palm Beach. The shops and restaurants of Oneroa are in easy reach.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. The close proximity to the village and ferry, white sand beaches, Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards make this property a perfect accommodation choice for a stay on Waiheke Island.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Other Things to Note:
To heat the pool costs $200. Please advise us at least 3 days in advance if you would like the pool heated.
