This light-filled two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers an easy and relaxed beachfront stay, ideal for couples or friends.
    Positioned at the front of The Sands complex, the apartment makes the most of its beachfront setting. Full-width windows frame the views across Onetangi Bay and fill the living spaces with natural light throughout the day.
    Open plan living brings together the lounge, dining and kitchen areas in one comfortable space overlooking the beach. The lounge provides a relaxing place to unwind after a day by the water and includes a Smart TV and high-speed internet, while the dining area sits beside the windows to make the most of the outlook. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, generous bench space, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.
    Both bedrooms are positioned away from the main living area, providing privacy and separation. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a king bed which can be split into singles on request, giving flexibility for different group configurations.
    Two bathrooms, each with tiled showers and modern fittings, make the apartment practical and comfortable for longer stays.
    A lift provides step-free access to the apartment entrance, making arrival simple and convenient.
    Guests also have access to the shared landscaped BBQ area at The Sands, with communal gas BBQ facilities available.
