“Parking was terrible. They only have valet parking. Unfortunately, the service they use only provides one valet. Their solution is to have you leave your car with the keys in it while you check. The other issue is there is no one to assist you with your bags while you leave your car in the valet parking spot. Would not stay there again because of the parking and check in issue.”

I feel like the accessibility was good overall, maybe a little more clarity as to whether the bathroom had a zero step shower or accessible bathtub, but it was what we needed. “Clean and modern hotel with daily complimentary breakfast and free parking. We checked in with no problem. Our room was on the first floor near the stairs and an exit door. We could hear the exit door slamming frequently during very early morning hours and late at night which was very disruptive to our sleep during our three-night stay. There was other random noise...loud footsteps on the floor above and banging of some sort next to our room. After the first night, we requested a room...
