“I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement.”

“Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money”

“The building is in a nice location, and the unit was clean and well maintained. Checking in took over an hour since they use an automated system and don't have staff on site. In my case, the system wouldn't accept my drivers license”

When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was. “Pros: breakfast was okay, you have the choices of making a waffle, eating 2 different kinds of cereals, or a couple different pastries/bagles. No protein and no drinks besides coffee and the gallon of milk they put in a bowl of ice water but don’t worry there are $3 drinks in the vending near front desk.
