“I wish I could rate it a 3.5 rather than a 4. It was a decent property but also very basic. Nothing stood out to make to exceptional nor did anything make it horrible. My biggest complaint is that we had to request house keeping after our room wasn’t cleaned. I was told they clean once a week which no one said when we checked in. Other than that, it was very mid. ”

“The room was newly updated and was excellent. Very nice lay out with lots of room. Fantastic restroom and walk in shower. The young lady at the front desk was professional, courteous and easy on the eyes. The updates were happening so there was some construction equipment outside but was clean and properly stowed. We were their Memorial weekend so no workers present. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed. ”

“My parents and I stay at this hotel every year when we go to visit my brother. The service is excellent and the rooms are always very clean. They seem to have upgraded the rooms and now only have a shower and no bathtub. That’s not a problem for me. They provide complimentary breakfast as well. ”

“The property waterpark was very nice, but crowded. Room service was great. Pickleball courts were great and had ac. Parking was very crowded and a walk from the rooms. The room we stayed in was older and needed to be updated. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. The room location was great as we could walk out of our room to the waterpark. Check-in took a long time even though there were only two people in front of us. Area shopping and dining...

“La struttura, nel complesso non è male ma la camera e il bagno meriterebbe di un ammodernamento. La pulizia in generale è discreta ma il vetro dell'ascensore panoramico era piuttosto sporco. La colazione scarsa, poca scelta e non c'erano nemmeno il latte caldo e il succo d'arancia. Ma soprattutto il personale poco cordiale, non abbiamo ricevuto un sorriso. Peccato!”
