Hotel vicino a Woodlands Children Museum - Houston

“La struttura, nel complesso non è male ma la camera e il bagno meriterebbe di un ammodernamento. La pulizia in generale è discreta ma il vetro dell'ascensore panoramico era piuttosto sporco. La colazione scarsa, poca scelta e non c'erano nemmeno il latte caldo e il succo d'arancia. Ma soprattutto il personale poco cordiale, non abbiamo ricevuto un sorriso. Peccato!”

“This little gem has become my favorite stay at The Woodlands. The location really can’t be beat. It’s maybe a 15 minute walk to Waterway Square. I love their indoor pool. There’s a cute little courtyard with a fire pit. Considering all of the amenities, the price is great. Also free hot breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed the jalapeño egg soufflé. The staff at this location is particularly nice as well. I always get great service when I check in. Everyone is super friendly. ”

“The lobby is perhaps the best part. In my room, the sink was a bit dirty and there were fingerprints on everything metallic and shiny. The shower and toilet were very clean. The carpet was very worn and should have been replaced years ago. The duvet covers were super heavy. I have no idea how anyone could sleep under that. The sheets. Oh dear. Every sheet and pillowcase had worn out holes in them and some looked like a motorcycle ran them over (they must have been cooked to death in the dryer)....

“Guest room walls are paper thin, breakfast bar is the worst I’ve seen. Muffins were ice cold and no microwave, very limited selection of products. Meats looked terrible. Limited fruits. ”

“We were disappointed., especially after hotel was just renovated. The elevator was filthy, with dead bugs and items that had been spilled. We found nail clippings on our floor immediately after checking in. We saw bugs in the kitchen area as well as a partial bird nest that was on the inside of the window. (Built from outside, but shoved through the window sill at the top.) There is also no ice machine available except in your freezer, which was empty and very slow to produce ice. The shower...
