“A lot of glitter pieces left on floors from weekend We told housekeeping to come back in an hour, they never returned reserved king room handicap accessible never got handicap accessible I’m currently using crutches/wheelchair ordered coffee and pastries from room service but only got coffee Rooms and food where meh definitely not worth the Woodlands high prices”

“NOT HELPFUL AND TERRIBLE ATTITUDE OF LOBBY STAFF. She cancelled my reservation for a no show and didnt help me get a room.”

“Disappointing stay. Room was ok and typical Westin but bars next door were loud until 2am. Garbage in hallways and pool area was never cleaned up. Surprise destination fee of $25 plus tax… asked for a late check out (Marriott silver status) and the hotel wanted $65. Guess loyalty programs mean nothing. Will not stay again. ”

“La struttura, nel complesso non è male ma la camera e il bagno meriterebbe di un ammodernamento. La pulizia in generale è discreta ma il vetro dell'ascensore panoramico era piuttosto sporco. La colazione scarsa, poca scelta e non c'erano nemmeno il latte caldo e il succo d'arancia. Ma soprattutto il personale poco cordiale, non abbiamo ricevuto un sorriso. Peccato!”

“Guest room walls are paper thin, breakfast bar is the worst I’ve seen. Muffins were ice cold and no microwave, very limited selection of products. Meats looked terrible. Limited fruits. ”

“Very pretty location and nice rooms with balconies. Had a room overlooking the lake. But too many kids in the pool. Would be great if they had an adult only pool.”

“Bed was comfy!! We brought our own Keirog so didn’t have to use their coffee maker. It was never noisy when we went to sleep so didn’t hear other people. ”
