“I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was poorly maintained and did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or safety. The pool area was dirty and clearly not being cleaned regularly. The hot tub was unusable because it was either scalding hot or completely cold, with no consistent temperature control. One of the biggest issues was the lack of air conditioning in the hallways and common areas. The lobby was unbearably hot, and our group repeatedly had to ask...

The bathtub looks like it was transported from a crack house. I actually slept in clothes on top of the bed because everything just felt dirty.
