Hotel vicino a Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion - Houston

“I booked a $450 + / night room in January for a mid May stay with my wife. We were there to see Sting at the The Pavilion in The Woodlands so the venue was worth the extra costs to us. Unfortunately, when we arrived to check in I was pulled aside and informed by the Operations Manager they had overbooked the hotel with a convention and I no longer had a room. Needless to say this was a huge disappointment and shock. I was told they were going to refund my room 100% and they had reserved a room...

“The hotel was fine, clean, and well maintained. Having to pay for parking after the extremely high room price was galling. And I remember when we used to get really nice toiletries if you stayed in a hotel this expensive. Toiletries that smelled good using high quality essential oils. Nice soap, not just inoffensive soap. I am not a fan of the area which is likely why the room was so expensive. I just expect a bit more for the price. Throw a nice mint on the pillow or something, guys,...

“I did not get to try the breakfast but they had a Starbucks counter by the bar. The coffee was good!the room was clean. I felt safe in the property. ”

“La struttura, nel complesso non è male ma la camera e il bagno meriterebbe di un ammodernamento. La pulizia in generale è discreta ma il vetro dell'ascensore panoramico era piuttosto sporco. La colazione scarsa, poca scelta e non c'erano nemmeno il latte caldo e il succo d'arancia. Ma soprattutto il personale poco cordiale, non abbiamo ricevuto un sorriso. Peccato!”

“Tammi at the front desk is amazing. She is so friendly and really cares about her guests. She went out of her way to help my husband and I out when we had an issue with the guest in the room below us. Great location. Highly recommend.”
