“We had an excellent stay at Hannah St Hotel in Melbourne. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was very clean, well presented, and had a great overall feel from the moment we arrived.

“We booked through expedia and when we went to check in we were told that our booking was for a standard king room and not the double/twin king room we paid for. We ended up getting back reward credit from expedia but it still worked out that we overpaid for the room.
Everything felt like an up sale. Want to check in earlier thats $50, want both your rooms in the same floor that would be $30 per room per night. Want the double/twin king room that we paid for but expedia/crown wrongly booked...

“la posizione del posto è davvero incredibile, centrale ma non nella confusione; io avevo una camera superior tenete però conto che si sentono gli enormi motori del climatizzatore del centro commerciale situato proprio sotto l'hotel..sono davvero fastidiosi anche da un piano molto alto anche se poi ci si fa l'abitudine. A piedi si può andare praticamente ovunque e proprio sulla riva ci sono i ferry per le gite. Altra pecca del posto è la manutenzione, non so per quale motivo non sistemino i punti...
