“We stayed for 2 nights for a mountain biking trip and had a great experience. The house was clean and comfortable with a nicely updated kitchen and plenty of parking. AC worked perfectly, and we really appreciated that they accommodated our dogs. Great location—just a block from downtown Fruita. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great central location. Easy to get to Palisade and the monument. Very close to amphitheater if in town for concerts. Small but perfect for 2. ”

“The unit is very comfy and welcoming. We loved the close proximity to town and also attractions that were south of Moab. Will send the team a couple small repair suggestions but we would definitely consider this again for a future rental.”

“Cute little funky bungalo. It was our first time in grand junction. We wantes to bike the wineries, hike and mountian bike. This location was close to the wineries. And about 30 min from the other activities we did. The bbq was nice to have since we like hanging out and making our own food and the gas firepit was also nice to have on the chilly nights.”

“Traveled from out of town for a wedding. This was the perfect accommodation for what we needed for a us as a couple plus an adult family member. Very good communications, all by text. Easy to find with everything needed for those who don’t want the “hotel experience”. Very well appointed, decorated and stocked.”

“The property was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and there was great communication between us and the host.”

“Quite little apartment with enough room for two. Wish the curtains were blackout as the early morning sun was super bright. Otherwise it was a great spot close to the college. ”

“Stayed here over 4th of July. Such a beautiful historic downtown area that’s within walking distance. Perfect location- great to sit outside and enjoy the back patio. Very clean and has everything you need. ”

“Amazing location. From the hot tub or the deck overlooking the creek, you are surrounded by lovely trees, and feel like you are far away. And yet, you are one block from town. The space was comfortable and quiet. We will make it a point to stay there again .”

"Non è un motel ma un vero e proprio hotel, anche se strutturato su due piani come i motel. Gli ingressi alle camere non dall'interno della struttura. Camera grande, pulita, dotata di prodotti per il bagno, phon, frigo, microonde e macchina del caffè. Finalmente la colazione è dolce e salata: yogurt, pan cake, pane da tostare, uova, bacon e succhi. Se proprio devo fare un appunto...le cere sono poco insonorizzate. "
