“The room wasn’t very clean at all”

“The WiFi did not work for the entirety of our stay. Yes, the entirety of our stay. Having a medically fragile patient with an insulin monitor and vagal nerve stimulator, this left me no choice but to inject with sliding scale insulin and finger stick my pediatric patient every 2 hours. I would have cancelled and brought my patient (who was participating in an event for special needs children hosted by the Best Day Foundation) to another hotel. And when I asked if there was any anticipated return...

“We got to our room and there was a horrible smell of body odor and onions. The room looked like someone tried to put paint on shabby fixtures. Many dirt stains on the wall and scruffs and scratches and peeling of the baseboards. The bed was clean and sheets were clean. It was ok for one night but I wouldn’t stay here again. Laundry facilities were ok. Breakfast was standard for a hotel breakfast.”

“This was the WORST Motel my wife and I have stayed in in our 57 years of Marriage. The room was filthy---dirt in all corners. The mattresses were double but very small and flimsy and we had to sleep in two separate beds for fear of one of us fall out of the double beds and we are NOT large people ( 110 and 160 lbs respectively. We would have moved after the first night but there were no other motels with vacancies in this area.”

“So when we got there there was no check in desk and the guy said on text that we need to go across the street to motel 6 to get a key card and pin for our door and when we got to motel 6 the lady said that she doesn’t know anything about the hotel next door and basically the guy lied and scammed us and we didn’t get see our room”

“The staff was great to work with. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The onsite restaurant was exceptional with their food and service. I have stayed at another local hotel for the last few years, but will only stay at the Holiday Inn when I am back in town from now on.”

“Room service was really bad, they didn’t clean up the room at all, the couch in the living room was so uncomfortable and they don’t have a separate bed for kids. Staff was helpful and location was working for us but that’s it.”

“The room was basically clean- no WiFi for a couple of hours, management did fix the issue. Comfortable mattress, pillows were weak.”
