“The best aspect of staying at this hotel was the friendly and mostly helpful staff. However, the 3 main amenities that convinced us to chose this hotel over others were not available, including the Hot Tub, Swimming Pool, and Complementary Reception on Wednesday evenings. We were not informed of these being closed/cancelled ahead of time, and only one sign was present saying the hot tub was unavailable. We had to call and ask about the reception as no indication was ever given, and the...

“The hotel needs massive renovations, bathroom walls were cracked, toilet paper holder broken. Bathroom door would not shut. There was no continental breakfast left when we went there at 8:00 am. People were outside our door screaming until 2 am. I would never stay there again, and I deserve a refund if at all possible?”

“The room was dirty, sink and wood was warp. Refrigerator never clean. Smell bad. Left the motel and never slept in the room. Went to Hilton Garden.”

“Their coffee at breakfast was the best weve tasted in a long time. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location is under renovations but they didn't interfere or disrupt anything. Staff were very friendly and helpful ensuring we knew where and when breakfast was going to be served. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. ”

“Cute hotel in perfect downtown location. Walkable to tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. Jessica at the front desk made our stay. She was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again.”
