“It’s a good place to sleep for a couple hours instead of your car. Be sure if you have a dog to make sure they have a pet friendly room available when you make a reservation (ie via Expedia - be sure to call) . The beds were kind of comfortable but everything else was very run down. Rips in the carpet by the wall, weird red stain, weird blue stain. The black out curtains needed a clip we happened to have in order to keep the parking lot light from shining brightly in the room. Breakfast was...

“Roaches all over the room. The air-conditioning did not work from electric fire could see where the plug is burnt through.”

“First of all Shannon I believe is her name but she is not ally there in evening when I go in, 6pm ish and she has been amazing and helps in every way, live her if I owned a hotel I would hire and promote her to manager and have her run the place. She will be the reason I keep on using Baymont Inn”

“Manager checked us in hours before we got there so staff were confused about our reservation. There was a used condom in the bed. Never got a refund even though we ended up leaving. Seems like manager let people use the room after we were prematurely checked in and then they rushed the cleaning.”
