“Soggiorno senza sorprese in positivo ma nemmeno in negativo. "Accogliere" nel vero senso della parola è un'altra cosa ma la camera era abbastanza pulita. Tutto ok.”

“One of the two elevators had a problem - it was not able to go to a certain floor. We were put on this floor and when I asked to be moved I was given a hard time because I booked through Expedia. They were supposed to come the next day to fix the problem so I didn’t make a big deal of it but the repair was delayed and after the repair was done the issue persisted. Ours was a short stay but it was inconvenient & frustrating. The hotel was not sold out, I don’t care how I booked the room, good...

“Awesome”

“Unique and beautiful old architecture.”
