“A unique stay in Bacalar, definitely worth it. Away from the town, nestled in the serene jungle without distractions and crystal clear water down at the lagoon. We took a tour from Bacalar itself on a sailboat, however nice it was we’d probably choose to just stay at the hotel next time - the grounds really are that beautiful. Good to know that wifi is a bit unstable (we hade some issues when trying to pay our taxidriver). ”

“L’hotel è molto bello e ben tenuto. Location e vista invidiabile. Personale gentile e disponibile. Due pecche: musica lounge ad alto volume anche a colazione che rovina la quiete paradisiaca del posto. Seconda cosa: c’è stato un blackout non risolto entro il nostro check out, quindi no aria condizionata/luci e nemmeno pos funzionante per pagare la colazione. ”

“Una experiencia única, en la mitad de la jungla, totalmente natural, con árboles dentro de la habitación. El personal superrrrrr atentos y amigables. El desayuno muy saludable y con ingredientes orgánicos. Mi única anotación es que al ser en la mitad de la jungla y ecologista, pues no hay fumigación y se encuentran todo tipo de insectos dentro de la habitación y en las instalaciones.”

The property is beautiful, you can wonder around in the garden area, sit by the pool, and just relax. We will definitely be coming back for future stays! ”

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could be more varied and satisfying.”
