“We stayed at the Royal Hideaway Playacar from July 24-28, 2025, and everything was fabulous! My husband and I have never stayed at an adult only resort, but we will definitely be back. Each villa has a dedicated concierge. Our room was in Villa 22, and our concierge was Cipriano. He was wonderful! He anticipated our needs and helped us with things we didn’t know to ask him about! “One of the best stays I’ve ever had - all the staff were friendly and efficient. Same issues as other all inclusive resorts such as not always being able to dine in the al a carte restaurants but that’s no different. Staff tried their best to accommodate dining requests. Amenities were incredible as was the availability for snacks. The facilities were phenomenal for 3/5 year olds and enough to keep adults occupied. Evening entertainment was super fun.
