“Very interesting concept for a B&B, there is no contact with the owner yet everything is extremely well communicated and provided for your use and comfort. The owner does live on site and just a text away.

“Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.”

“The perfect small town home away from home, and so many wonderful places to check out nearby. The place was thoughtfully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the two nights sleep were incredibly peaceful. Both breakfasts, eggs Benny sandwich on croissant and French toast, were homemade and super fresh. They tasted gourmet and so perfectly seasoned. Kimmie and James were perfect hosts. We almost didn't want to check out our final morning. Can't wait for our next stay.”

“So quaint clean and welcoming. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was fabulous! We had a nice relaxing hottub time after our evening out. Room was so comfortable. Although we shared a bathroom we never saw anyone else and a second power room was a available.
The neighbourhood was just as wonderful. We will be back.”

“what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

“Used to be a great deal to stay at residences for ball tournaments very cheap, but knowing what you’re getting. Now they charge hotel prices without offering any hotel perks or conveniences. Single beds are garbage, paper thin walls and the tv picture and sound in every room for our team cut out and froze every 14 seconds. Really disappointed this time around. If we’re paying hotel prices, we will just stay at an actual hotel next time. Big positive was the lady at the front desk was fantastic...
