“Amazing is all I can say!!! The property was beautiful. The owner greeted us and gave us a tour, etc-our room, common areas, and where breakfast would be served. Speaking of breakfast- we were offered (and I ate) a delicious frittata with a yogurt parfait. We enjoyed our stay and we will again.”

They made it clear in every way that they love being hosts through creating a lovely ambience for their guests, through serving creative and memorable breakfasts for their guests, and finally through engaging conversation. The house itself is beautiful, nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from the beach! ”

“We used the guesthouse as our base to explore DC. We walked to Fort Totten metro train station, about a 15 minute walk, and it was ideal. We used the stove to cook at night and big fridge was great.”

“Second time here. A great place to rest a weary head with terrific views.”

“I stayed at the property for about 10 days as a local resident because I was having work done in my home. I chose based on the location because it’s walking distance from where I live but overall if I was visiting the city I would like this location as well. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby and a Safeway right next door, the Columbia Heights metro is about a 15 minute walk and there are buses right out front and it’s easy access to get downtown to the sites. Spiaggia privata, lettini da mare, kayak, pesca

“Very quiet, off the beaten path kind of place. It was a bit pricey on a long weekend, but we had a wonderfully leisure time there. Wild rabbits were running on the lawns, so cute! The inn keepers were attentive and gave us a few "care packages", we also loved the cucumber soap. The only downside is the lack of food choices in town, I think with this location it may have been a good thing to pay extra for breakfast on site. ”

“Beautiful Inn and our room was great, the owners were lovely & the wine and cheese social was perfect to get to know everyone, but the breakfast was unbelievable, with accommodations for several different people with food restrictions. I would go back in a minute! Thanks!”
