“Everything was professionally done from the welcome center/waiting area, boat that takes you to yacht, luggages waiting at your room. Boat is impressive one year new. Food was excellent, opinion from a Vietnamese ex-pat. Pho was delicious. Staff was very responsive. Two excursions were excellent. Most luxurious boat @ Halong Bay”

“Good value for money, staff were great, food was plentiful and fresh, rooms could do with a spruce up but comfortable bed and had own bathroom/toilet. Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat.”

“Food was very good , probably the best I had in Vietnam. Staff is amazing, very friendly and engaging. I will 100% recommend Rosa Boutique Cruise. The only complain I have is about the fact that the water in the Ha Long area is becoming polluted with plastic and trash.”

“Trip from the wharf on the tender (boat big enough to fit 40 or so people) took about 40 minutes to get out to the boat moored out in Halong Bay. Had set menu lunch and dinner tasting menu food was good. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom nice with porthole window in the shower. "I booked and PAYED the day before. When I arrived in the middle of the night there was a private party with Korean people eating, drinking and smoking at the lobby. They told me to go away and that the hotel was closed and booked only for them. No one at the reception to help. NO ONE WAS THERE. I had to leave after few minutes and book a last minute hotel to get a bed. Luckily the taxi driver wa sound enough to help me. After 24h no one replied my messages. I believe they MUST reimburse me but I am still waiting to talk to someone."
