“Note, I don't leave reviews unless it's exceptional on either end of the spectrum. Booked a Queen suite. Beds and bathroom seemed good and relatively new. However, the living room & kitchen left much to be desired. Wasn't as shown in photos. Dog hair, stains, weird make-shift kitchen, hall lights flashing, things around the facility out of order, have to pay for additional (extra washcloth, sheet, etc), sign at desk advertising penalty for weed smokers (speaks to standards of those staying...

“Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good.

“Very convenient location right off of highway and away from the crowds. We stayed during the week so it was very quiet with a nice view of the mountains from the parking lot. Beds were comfy but that bathroom was crazy tiny lol. Good stay for the price. ”

“Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. ”

“The room was okay, the bed was comfortable, the property was quiet. We registered for a assessable room with a roll in shower and did not receive this. The bathroom was very difficult to use for a mobility impaired person and that was why we registered for the room that we did, so that was a bit disappointing but it was just a quick overnight stop.”
