There was always a staff available to help with translation and to ensure we got what we needed. “By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

“Good location, very good , bathroom conditions to be improved, they don’t have no smoking apartments so you might get an apartment with a very bad smell of smoke as it happened to me but the staff immediately gave me another apartment better smelling”
