“The lobby looks nice and the breakfast was amazing! I thought location was good because it’s close to the airport, however, we had a terrible incident. Someone broke into my daughter’s truck and another truck was stolen the second night we were there. We were going to leave early the next day but this incident delayed our trip and was a great inconvenience. Thank God our truck was not stolen but feel very bad for the other guy!”

“The sheets on the bed weren’t really that clean. The room was maintained well. The pool outside was also not maintained well but it had been raining so maybe that’s why. Overall it was an okay stay, the staff were super sweet when checking in! Lovely ladies! Thank you!”

“It was a nice stay. We liked our balcony room even though it was pretty loud near the highway. The bed was comfortable and staff was very nice. There were a couple of maintenance items ( outside light didn’t work and the bedside lamp kept going off) but they sent someone right away to fix them. The breakfast was good but offered very little items for people who try to eat healthy. There wasn’t a lot I could eat. No fruit or gluten free items. I would suggest that, but it’s ok. “I stayed for 3 days and on my last day I called the front desk to request clean towels. The person at the front desk asked if I was checking out that day, and when I said yes, he told me I could come and get the towels myself. I found this very upsetting and unprofessional, especially since housekeeping staff was already present. As a paying guest, I expected basic customer service and assistance during my stay until checkout time.”

“The room was very clean other than shower floor, not really an issue though. The staff was very helpful and welcoming! The breakfast was super yummy and efficient I would say the only thing that wasn’t as hot would be the tortillas. Other than that very good and tasty. The outdoor pool was good just had a few leaves and insects from the rain earlier that day. Not really a problem. Very nice and deep went up to 5 ft❤️”
