“This is a charming B&B. It is a gem in a lovely rural mountain setting. The proprietors are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is served in the dining room and not to be missed! We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Very nice hotel. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the glasses in the room were not clean but everything else was good. The breakfast was ok. The staff were all very nice. The parking lot is not great. It is hard to pull in off King street and hard to find a parking spot if you return late in the evening. ”

“Room was very small, but had fair sized bathroom. No dressers, no spare pillows. Breakfast was fine but area is very small. It was passable and if you just need somewhere for one night, the price is fair. I wouldn’t stay here much longer than that, though.”

“The floor above us was very noisy. We had to ask the front desk for help with this two times. It sounded like running around, jumping, and banging things. It sounded like a stampede.”

“Breakfast was self serve however it was a full breakfast meal. From grits, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, waffles, bananas, apples, cereals, coffee, hot teas, etc. very good! ”

“Staff were very helpful prior to my checking in when I had trouble getting to the location and gave me tow truck information. They ensured I got to my destination instead of living out the rest of my days on the side of grandfather mountain. If I could give 10 stars I would.”

“Overall we are satisfied with our stay. Shakira at the front desk is Amazing!! She is so good at her job while making you feel welcome! Only complaint was breakfast. 1 waffle maker for everyone when nothing else is available to eat is ridiculous. Premade sausage biscuits and bagels were frozen , all juices were soured and warm. And that was it so we had to skip breakfast. If you can’t do it right don’t offer it at all.”
