Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the unit and access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

The Neighborhood:
This building is located in one of Baltimore's most sought-after neighborhoods. The Inner Harbor is a bustling and vibrant area with plenty of attractions and amenities to keep visitors entertained.

For history buffs, the Inner Harbor offers a glimpse into Baltimore's rich maritime past. The area is home to several historic ships and museums, including the USS Constellation and the National Aquarium, which houses thousands of aquatic animals from around the world. Visitors can also take a stroll along the waterfront promenade, where they can enjoy stunning views of the harbor and watch the boats go by.

Foodies will appreciate the Inner Harbor's diverse dining scene, which offers everything from fresh seafood to international cuisine. Popular restaurants in the area include Phillips Seafood, Fogo de Chao, and Rusty Scupper. Visitors can also grab a bite at one of the many food trucks and vendors that line the streets.

The Inner Harbor is also a shopper's paradise, with plenty of retail options to suit every taste and budget. The nearby Harborplace shopping center offers a mix of high-end and boutique shops, while the nearby Cross Street Market is a great spot to pick up local goods and souvenirs.

Getting Around:
Most of what you are likely here for is just a short walk away. Public transport is right around the corner if you need to leave downtown. Most of our guests prefer to use Uber and Lyft for longer range trips.

Other Things to Note:
The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit.

Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose

Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting us before booking if you have concerns about potential noise during your stay. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.

ENVITAE does not allow local residents to book homes for same day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.

The suite was very modern, clean, and had a great view. However, we were told at check in that the air conditioning had issues and was fixed. We placed the AC unit at 67 degress and the unit never got below 79 degress and generally ran at 84 degrees during the day. Again, the unit has great views. However, curtains would have been nice. It was super bright by 7:00 a.m. It was difficult to sleep after 7:00 or 7:30 am due to the lack of curtians. Finally, the dryer did not work properly in the unit. When we checked in a comment was made that if the washer/dryer didn't work, there was another unit on a lower floor. I was disappointed that we did not have a functioning washer/dryer unit. Again, it is a modern suite with a great view. Please, make sure that they fix the air conditioning issue before booking

Week in Baltimore

We spent the week in Baltimore with our son, daughter-in-law and their family. Our daughter-in-law attended the National Teacher’s conference, where she was a presenter for the conference throughout the week. This location was perfect because the conference center was only about 3-4 blocks away, and it was in walking distance to the harbor for sight seeing activities for the rest of us. The Suite was very clean and had ample supplies. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice place

The apartment is a great alternative to hotels in the area, and found it to be of comparable price. It’s nice, modern and very comfortable. Main issue was the parking, and being at your own risk in a public garage…our car was vandalized and ransacked. Communications were clear, but automated, and within seconds of sending a text to say we needed a late checkout due to the car break in, we received a robo text wishing us well and reminding us of the pending checkout time; shortly after we did receive something personal. We’d most likely stay again, but will make other arrangements for secured parking.

Luxury Escape but disappointed about cleanliness

Overall the property was very nice but there were excessive amounts of different textures of hair in the second bed room bedding. Luckily there were extra sheets but they all had small stains. For the price you pay I’d expect clean linens. The owner should buy new bedding for future bookers. Also I purchased parking but the previous booker took the parking pass which caused an inconvenience for my family finding a reasonable garage for our rental car.

Fabulous, just fabulous

The quality, location, amenities, everything exceeded expectations! Top floor, stunning views. When you open the door to the property you will be the family hero with the "holy cow dad how did you find this place" and "this the best place you have ever booked" and "come take a look out this window." and "this building is beautiful" and the quitely, "honey, was this super expensive?" (it was not expensive and 1000 times better than kid and parents in a sheraton with two qeens) If its available, it will be where we stay everytime we come back. Parked once and walked to everything!

Stunning views, luxurious!

This is a luxurious penthouse apartment on the 32nd floor of Baltimore's iconic historic10 Light Street Building (a prime example of Art Deco architecture built in 1929 with amazing interior mozaics by Hildreth Meiere). There is a concierge in the lobby and building entry is secured so one feels very safe there. The views of downtown Baltimore and Inner Harbor are breathtaking from the apartment's incredible massive arched iron windows. The very spacious layout is a delight with bedrooms at opposite ends, each with lovely private baths. The beds are very comfy, and the bed linens are soft and luxurious to the touch. There is a powder room for guest, washer and dryer, and a wonderful gourmet kitchen that is well stocked. This penthouse apartment is beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and artwork. WiFi is great. The building's rooftop pool and recreational area on the 22nd floor is a special amenity. The hosts were great communicators for any and all needs. This place is in a great location that is adjacent to many walkable restaurants, sights, and shops. Overall, this is a jewel of a place in Baltimore's Inner Harbor area; a treat of a high-end accommodation.
