“My recent stay at Turf Valley Resort was disappointing. The first issue was finding a spider on the ceiling of my room, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
I was also looking forward to relaxing by the pool, but that experience was ruined by an overly aggressive lifeguard who repeatedly approached and interrupted guests. “I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.”

“The hotel is beautiful, very accessible, and conveniently located near everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the strong cigarette smell that reaches the rooms. If you don’t mind your clothes smelling like smoke and sleeping with that odor present, you’ll likely enjoy your stay. Aside from that, the hotel itself is lovely.”

“Had to drive there all the way from NYC after a canceled flight. Despite the fact that we booked what was probably the last 2 rooms in the place, the staff was kind and accommodating. The room was more than adequate. Very clean and comfortable bed and sofa bed. I'd stay the again for double the price!”
