“The first red flag was the air conditioning not working in the lobby, in August. The staff was clearly sweating. I stayed in my room for maybe 10 minutes before I left. The nightstand was sticky, there was hair in the bed when I pulled back the covers, and it was 75° in my room when I arrived. I was going to go downstairs and ask them to change rooms, but then I saw a mouse run past my bed and decided I couldn't stay there.”

“Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”

“The property was fine. Good location. Quick uber ride to the stadium. Easy parking.
Our room was clean but the AC was horrible. It was locked in on one temperature and we couldn’t change it. Not comfortable at all. I asked for assistance but there was no maintenance on site. They offered to change my room, but I was really late at night when I got back and I was leaving the next morning.
We left and came back to the hotel and Our keys didn’t work. The computer system was down or the staff...
