Hotel a Banner Hill

“We stayed here, after the NASCAR Truck race, at Bristol. It is a dog-friendly hotel, which I appreciate. I saw a few canine friends during check-in. My wife found a pair of socks, under the bed, when we first walked in (a quick look around by the staff would help). The room and bathroom were spacious, to me, but feel the price point was too high. I stayed here because of previous reviews.”

“Breakfast was nothing special. Room was decent but was not a fan or the bathroom. Shower/toilet felt like the size of an airplane bathroom. Desk staff were very nice and helpful. ”

“It was dated and room smelled musty but it was clean. Parking was fine. Air conditioning was good. I don’t like the bathroom layout as the lavatory had no counter space for your toiletries and the shower was open to the whole bathroom with no way to keep floors from getting wet and slippery. ”

“The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, but a little dated. I was only disappointed that I couldn't find any soap when I was ready to shower. ”

“The only issue we had was a shower head that was crusted with hard limestone water. Management replaced the shower head and fixed it, took about an hour. Management apologized for the inconvenience. The ice machine area was very wet but manageable. Maybe ice was spilled, I’m not sure. Otherwise a very clean and nice room. Outside windows need cleaning though. ”

“Everything worked but the conditions of the room and property were in disarray. Toilet seat crooked. Lights that weren’t plugged in because they couldn’t reach outlets. Transition strips with the nails protruding. ”

“There was construction going on and we knew it and the staff was very friendly and very accommodating The place was clean, friendly, shopping center movie theaters and restaurants all within walking distance”

“Yes I found the parking was very sufficient, the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and very helpful parking was also very sufficient for my needs. I will stay there again and also suggest this Hotel as a good lodging experience.”

“The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel.”
