“Хороший отель, приветливый персонал, обильный завтрак. Если брать блюда а-ля карт, то подача обалденная, повар старается, еда очень вкусная. До склона ходят регулярные шатл-басы, водители приветливые. К сожалению WiFi нормально работает только на лобби.”

“Çok memnun kaldık. Tertemiz otel, yataklar biraz fazla yumuşak, dolayısıyla içine çöküyor. Bu konu dışında fiyat kalite oranlaması ile çok memnun kaldık. Aile işletiyor. Harika insanlar. Çok sevdik. Yine gideceğiz.”

“We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...
