“Fantastic stay. Fire alarm went off early and a neighbour banged on our door like a nutter and accused us of setting the alarm off. We were all asleep at the time. Firemen told us somebody burnt their toast in a building next door. ”

“Lovely apartment. Very clean, safe. Walking distance to all the downtown attractions in Christchurch. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Gave us lots of information about the area. Loved the in suite laundry facilities. That was a bonus. Highly recommend this for a stay in Christchurch. ”

“Whilst not the most exciting hotel, can’t fault the Rydges Latimer on much. Good location a 10 min walk to downtown, staff were all very pleasant and efficient, room was nice and dinner at the restaurant was good. Good for a short stay”

“Nice, tidy room with a great shower and super comfy bed. A prefect room for us. Really handy for walking into central Christchurch and very close to great food outlets, the Tram ride and the Catheral Square. Off street parking and very easy to find. I appreciated the extra cleaning done and the friendly staff. ”

“Room was clean and well equipped with the exception there was no safe and zero counter space in the bathroom but I made do by hanging my toiletry bag on the door hook. Shower also was slow to drain and water ended up on floor and bath mat got wet. However, overall I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.”
