“The front staff was very rude and not polite. I almost walked away from my booking but was unable to get a refund and I needed somewhere to stay for the night. The towels in the room were dirty as well.”

“Very run down. Needs to be renovated. Terrible smells, had to change rooms because carpet was wet and shower from above room leaked all over the bathroom floor. The hot tub and the pool were very nice and clean”
