“We had the best time! My daughter thought we were staying in a castle! (So did I lol) The staff was friendly and super accommodating! We were pretty close to the hotel bar and grille! Food was great and so was the staff! Quiet vibe and so close to downtown we literally were able to walk everywhere! Will definitely be back! ”

“For the cost of the room, I was super impressed with the higher quality towels. The towels were not the tiny, thin, cheap towels most "lower" cost motels have. Their towels were thick & soft. Room was clean, bath was clean. Good TP, not 1-ply super thin!! Front desk persons were friendly. great location with shuttle right across the street or a nice walk into main part of town. ”

“Older motel but maintained well. Grounds are kept clean. Great mountain views, accepts dogs. There is a Park across the street. We will be back again.”

“Great location! We had a Pikes Peak view and the room was perfect. The balcony was great and they provide 2 chairs in the closet inside. Walking distance from downtown Manitou Springs on the greenbelt. We had to add a night and the person that checked us in was very accommodating and we didn’t have to move rooms. Breakfast was very good! Everything you could expect from a chain hotel breakfast. Will definitely be back! 10/10”

“This B&B is excellent. The Staff is very friendly and helpful with knowing the area. The breakfast’s were so delicious and accommodating to special diet needs. The house itself is beautiful and location is wonderful. Highly recommend and can’t wait to get back there. Love this place! ”

“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”
