“We talked to Dennis for 6 months planning our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the office door with a number to call. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. (When I spoke to him 2 days prior and he never mentioned this or the fact we would be checking ourselves in.) We were told to go on in and our door combination was given to us over the phone. “What a fantastic place! We took a chance on a newly opened option and it paid off. Amazing attention to detail and amenities. Julia was so friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The first hotel I've stayed at where the coffee is good enough to not have to go elsewhere and buy some. 😂”

“Basic hotel. Rooms are very old and run down. Bed was comfortable. Had two insects fall out of the bathroom fan. We couldn’t use the fan, because it screeched so loudly. Gentleman at the desk was nice.”

“Yes, place was wonderful. I mean like something out of a novel. This place was off the road, kind of tucked into a cul-de-sac of its own and I mean wow. We had a babbling Brook, a pool, a hot tub and wildlife almost crossing the property. Also, from this vantage point, we were able to navigate the city and figure it all out very easily meant to Springs is wonderful. It’s a small town and you can figure it out almost immediately. And I could’ve stayed anywhere in Manatee Springs, but this place...

“This is an older establishment, but it adds to the charm. The inside of the rooms have been redone to make it more modern. It's a very convenient area to the Garden of the Gods. They had music each night we stayed which was nice. The outside looks a little rough, but just reserve your opinion until after you open the door. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We would definitely come back.”
